Thank you to everyone involved with the Spectacular

Hi all,

Firstly congratulations to Darryl Quinn from NSW for taking home the Marjorie Watson Trophy this year. To have Darryl here at the club for the first time with BAD Influence has been a most welcome addition to our event and I'm glad to hear he's enjoyed not only his race win but also the hospitality of our club and we look forward to his return with more Blown Lites in 2014. Also to Noel Adams all the way from WA- congratulations on his win. It was a great drive in the rough water and he deserves every bit of it.

It's been a fantastic weekend for the club and I just want to say a big thank you to everyone who helped out or had any involvement whatsoever. From interstate competitors, sponsors, helpers, interstate volunteers such as Amanda Gordan, Anthony Horniman and Ricky Howard- thank you all very much.

The core group of the club have all been working very hard on making improvements around the club and I want to also say a special thank you to everyone who's been putting in so much of their time & effort to making things happen.

To the club sponsors who have backed the event, we all really appreciate your support and hope that you can see the value in supporting this great sport and club and seeing it grow into the future. It's been a pleasure having you all on board and I encourage you to make a committment to our club toward the running of next year's event that I'm sure will be bigger & better.

Next race day is the club day on the 26th of May and I look forward to seeing as many of you out on the water as is possible and it should be a great catch up for us all before the end of the 2012/2013 season.

Cheers,

Clarky.
